Now we walk to the Petronas towers through the sky-bridge that connects the Pavilion with KLCC(Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre). Before watching the twin towers, we hop in the food court at Suria KLCC (another big shopping mall with lot of people, just by the twin towers).
This is for sure the market leader in Malaysia for shopping along with the Pavilion, but more affordable.
We refill the carbo at the Suria food court.
Another international tea chain, Gong Cha, from Taiwan.
Shall we go out to see what’s waiting for us?
KLCC park outside Suria mall.
People enjoying the moment with loved ones.
When you look back toward the entrance of the Suria mall, yep this is the one.
The Petronas Towers, completed in 1996, west tower by Japanese Mitsubishi consortium, east tower by Korean Samsung consortium, and the middle sky bridge by Korean Kuk-dong Construction. The pride and spirit of Malaysia. It is 7th tallest building in world going for 452m high. It became 2nd tallest when Taipei 101 was built but now Dubai and Shanghai have got five taller buildings than those.
We ran into the building to get the other side of the towers.
Even though it is 7th tallest, the middle bridge is still the highest double story sky bridge(on the 42th floor).
This bridge is a bit taller than my wife.
Do you like my shirt? Tin-Tin. Thanks.
There is a free shuttle bus that connects KLCC with Bukit Bintang every 10 mins, so use this or walk back through the bridge back to the Pavilion.
